    HAYA Snooze combines the soothing effect of passionflower, amino acids, and melatonin to compliment your natural melatonin, resetting your sleep cycle in the process.

    Research from a 2017 study suggested that passionflower can have a positive effect on sleep patterns (Kazuya et al., 2017; Wilson, 2018).  Another study in rats found that passionflower significantly increased slow-wave (deep) sleep, reduced rapid eye movement sleep, and helped the rats fall asleep more quickly (Guerrero et al., 2017).  Melatonin  may help increase total sleep time in individuals suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedules; relieve daytime fatigue associated with jet leg; reset the body’s sleep wake cycle and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (Costello et al., 2014).
