    Chromium picolinate has been shown to improve body composition by maintaining lean body mass (Willowghby et al., 2018). In addition to its effects on glucose, insulin, and lipid metabolism, chromium has been reported to decrease percentage body fat, which leads to weight loss (Anderson, 1998). Garcinia gummi-gutta (GGG) rind extract is effective for reducing appetite, body weight and adiposity of obese rodents fed high-fat (HF), high-sugar (HS) or high fat/sugar (HFS)-based diets (Enriquez et al., 2018).  Paullinia Cupana leads an increase in energetic metabolism and stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis, contributing to control of weight gain, even when associated with high-fat diet (Silva- Lima et al., 2018).

    Directions for use

    Take 1-4 capsules daily.
